Your effort is not in vain

Let us play this simple scenario…

You have put in so much effort into getting something done, called every contact you know, but still, you didn’t get the desired result you wanted. Does this sound familiar? I bet we all must have experienced this at one point or the other.

A lot of time, when we experience situations like this, we often want to feel like we failed. But how about we flip the coin the other way round.

You didn’t fail, you only learned how to do it better next time

This reminds me of the Chinese Bamboo tree, how that it in the first 4 years of planting shows no visible sign of  growth regardless of the amount of Nutrient it receives on a daily basis. One would easily think that all the Farmers’ effort in the first 4 years was in vain, and the Bamboo tree will never grow, but given the right nutrients, with patience, and time, in the 5th year, something remarkable happens. The Chinese Bamboo Tree grows 80 feet tall in just six weeks!

This story might sound like yours
